What does being out mean to you? Being able to be me.
What differences, if any, did your cultural background make to your experience of coming out? It wasn’t so much a culture thing as a it was a “small town” thing and it delayed it far too long.
What does the concept of the closet mean to you? Denying a very important part of yourself for fear of how society / people will judge you.
What advice would you give someone wanting to come out? Just do it.
If you could do it all again, would you do it any differently? If so, how? I would’ve done it years earlier whilst still young and pretty *grin*.
